I’ve always thought in images.

My room, as a kid, was covered wall to ceiling with movie posters and comic books. My desktop wallpaper to date, is set to change every 15 minutes. Various images of animes, cartoons, personal photography, all sorts of stuff. It’s how I think. It’s what I am motivated by.

Stands to reason then, that I’d become a filmmaker. Funny enough, even though I am an artist, I have a hard time shutting off my left brain. However, I’ve found out how crucial the left brain is when it comes to putting together a film. I was excited to use that left energy to finally cross the finish line and go out and shoot! My first film is called I LEFT gOD, it stars Laura Benanti (Gypsy, Gilded Age, Gossip Girl, Younger) and Chandler Kinney (Pretty Little Liars, Disney’s Zombies, Lethal Weapon). It’s adapted from The God Poems by Eloisa Amezcua. It’s moody AF. It’s about power dynamics. It’s about who you make your god. I can’t wait for you to see it.
